Richard Berrios - Founder and Architect

Richard’s love of architecture, design and construction began at a young age. Over the course of 10+ year career, he has designed dozens of residential, hospitality and commercial projects. Richard has also designed and fabricated custom cabinets and furniture. Passionate about his work and achieving solutions that transcend the client’s expectations, Richard strives to deliver projects that are on-time, on-budget and aesthetically pleasing.
